You agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to breach security or access unauthorized data
  • Maintain accurate account information

4. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with HIPAA, GDPR, and other applicable regulations. All Protected Health Information (PHI) is encrypted and handled according to strict security protocols.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice.

6. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sphere1A shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
